This PD session provides educators with evidence-based strategies to create organized, predictable environments that foster independence and engagement for learners with Autism and Complex Developmental Disabilities. Participants will learn to implement visual supports, physical organization, and structured routines across all settings—from the self-contained and resource classrooms, to the general education setting and to the community. Through practical, actionable techniques, this training focuses on reducing student anxiety, enhancing communication, and maximizing engagement for diverse learners. Location: Bishop Room - McKinley
