Staff will be able to observe behavior strategies by showing how they look in action. The facilitator will break down common behaviors/mental health concerns by explaining what/why they occur, how to identify effective strategies to address/support, and how the strategies are implemented. This PD session explores how physical manipulatives can bridge the gap between abstract concepts and concrete understanding across all grade levels and instructional settings. Participants will learn practical management strategies for organizing tools and techniques for seamlessly integrating hands-on discovery into whole-group, small-group, and independent learning environments. Educators will have an opportunity to create a versatile toolkit for making learning more tactile, engaging, and accessible for all students. Location: Bishop Room - McKinley
