In this session, teachers will explore how Google Gemini Gems can be used to create customized AI helpers that support everyday teaching tasks. Participants will learn what Gems are, how to build and personalize them, and how they can be used to save time with lesson planning, brainstorming, writing support, communication, differentiation, and classroom organization. We will look at practical examples of Gems teachers can create for their own needs, such as a lesson-planning assistant, rubric creator, email helper, or student support tool. By the end of the session, teachers will leave with ideas for using Gemini Gems to work more efficiently and create AI support that fits their classroom. Location: Bishop Room - Curtis
